The InterContinental Boston is a $330 million, 21 story waterfront hotel and residential project.

It includes 424 hotel rooms and 130 luxury condos on its upper floors to be called The Residences at the InterContinental. It is the first InterContinental hotel in Boston.

Condos at the InterContinental Boston are perched above the hotel suites and range from studios to four-bedroom penthouses, all finely appointed with luxury details like marble and limestone baths, hardwood floors and granite counters. They all have a choice of water or park views.
